Founded by Ad. İ.Taner Tüysüzoğlu in 2005, we, as STF HUKUK, are a long-term thinking law firm. Unlike other law firms that rely on short-term criteria, we have never chosen to dismiss our lawyers and employees, even during the challenging economic processes our country is going through. We move at our own pace and don’t feel compelled to keep up with other bureaus or researchers’ analysis of the legal “market”. We do not accept that the financial criteria based on the ranking of law firms, such as profit per partner or earnings per lawyer, are success criteria. On the contrary, we believe that the data in question are too inadequate and superficial tools to be used to measure the professional skills and even the financial success of a law firm. It is known that in recent years, even well-known law firms have been in a difficult situation by focusing on short-term gains. As STF Law Firm, our priority is client satisfaction and institutionalization, not short-term gains. We evaluate our success according to the satisfaction of our clients and the increasing demand for our services.

In the decision-making process, we consider the long-term success of our office as our focus, not any individual or group. We are aware that our office has a collective responsibility not only to our clients, but also to everyone who has trusted in our ability, and that this responsibility outweighs the interests of any individual or group. In our opinion, since the most talented lawyers are the ones who provide fast and effective solutions to their clients, our office is managed in a way that will support our lawyers in increasing their knowledge and skills in this process.
